BY CAR
Visitors from any location can travel to the NEC directly using the following motorways: M1, M5, M6, M6 Toll, M40 and M42.
The NEC is signposted on motorways and major roads. If you are travelling by car, please allow plenty of time for your journey.

An alternative to the M6, the M6 toll offers shorter journey times through the West Midlands. It runs between junctions 4 and 11 of the M6 and access is via Junction T1.

Using Sat Nav
If you are using Sat Nav, please use the postcode B40 1NT to locate the NEC. Be aware that the directions will bring you to the NEC and not the car parks. Please follow signs and directions to the car parks once in the venue area.

Car Parking
The NEC has numerous car parks that are categorised into North, South, East & West. There are over 20,000 onsite parking spaces. You will be directed to the relevant car park for Call Centre & Customer Management Expo 2009. The NEC do recommend checking the Site Map before arriving to familiarise yourself with the site.
